Advisory Areas: Colonel Bloom provides information and advises on chapter programs and events. He organized and established the first symposium for the Greater Omaha Chapter. This has enabled the chapter to contribute in excess of $20K on a yearly basis. He organized golf outings and other chapter social events. He has arranged for nationally known speakers to address the Omaha Chapter. Colonel Bloom uses his extensive AFCEA background to further the goals of the chapter.
