Advisory Areas: George participated in updating the chapter by-laws to update how meetings and voting could be done electronically, plus added the State of the Chapter Annual Meeting in June. He also participated in the identification of BOD members for 2000-2008. Some key advisory areas include:

· Chapter (Scholarship and book awards, State of the Chapter Luncheon, Diversity, AFA, AIM Institute, Golf Fundraiser)

· Programs (Scheduled over 30 speakers for our luncheons and Symposiums)

· Symposiums (Led two Omaha TechNet symposiums. Grew Symposium during the two years. Obtained 50 sponsors and generated $67,000 in net revenue for the Chapter to use for scholarships and awards.)

· Awards (Participated in all award submissions from 2002-2007; Model Chapter winner for 2004-2007, received DYA, Meritorious Service Award, Medal of Merit, recognized local winners in every category on a Quarterly basis, developed and acquired Chapter coin to provide as speaker and award winner gifts, plus personally won the Meritorious Service Award in 2003)
