Note:
You
do not need to be an AFCEA member to attend this informative
event. If you are a current AFCEA member, your lunch will be
FREE; however you still need to register for each luncheon for menu
preparation purposes. If you join AFCEA at the luncheon, your lunch
will be free as well! Membership applications will be available
at the luncheon. For all others, your cost is based on your meal
choice and affiliation with the Offutt Club.

Registration:
To register for our luncheon,
please use our online registration form.
Online registration still
requires your 'AFCEA Membership Number'. If you do not know your AFCEA
membership number, please contact Dave Waite at 294-7926.
Inclusion of your club card number (last 4 digits) &
expiration date are required online if you are a club member. We
require this information regardless if paying with credit or cash to
verify your club membership. AFCEA is able to receive a $2.00 discount
for each member.

Base
Access:
Individuals
needing assistance getting on Offutt AFB, should contact Rose Sutherland via
email or call her (294-4108) to ensure she has the required information
for the base 'Entry Access List' (EAL): Full name (as shown on
driver's license), full date of birth, gender, driver's license number,
and state issued in. The EAL will need to be turned in a minimum
of two business days prior to our event. Individuals needing this
access should complete their registration as early as possible.

Cancellations:
For cancellations, please call
Rose at 294-4108.
Closeout
for reservations/cancellations is Thursday, October 16th.

No
Shows:
Because the Club prepares meals
in advance, if you cancel after the "closeout for
reservations/cancellation" date, you will have to pay for the
meal. AFCEA ends up paying for the meals requested and all
extra meals are wasted. If we can give your meal to another AFCEA
member, we will not ask you to pay for the meal.
